Totally rebuilt.
And in black.

I'd barter a bit though, I don't think it's worth the $224,900.
That was pretty good in the 90's. The technology engine-wise has come a long way, but it's also much higher maintenance today, than the older engines.
What does your '86 have? A 307? Those were good for about 140 hp. When I went from that to my LT1, I felt like I was in a racecar!
Like an electric razor.
Yeah, Ludicrous Speed was unattainable, but it could do Ridiculous Speed nicely. The police package Caprice (1990) was a kick in the pants with the 350.
Some even had enough torque to chirp second.
And, if you had enough pull in the department, you could get a better chip for the car, making it capable of at least Warp 1.
But certainly not Plaid, the car was too heavy to reach that speed.

VC I've often wondered how people told their cars apart.
"Oh mine is the black A model over there. Wait, YOURS is the black A model over there too?"
Just over 20 years ago, and just after the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, I went with an aid mission to Romania.I've often wondered how people told their cars apart.

Yeah, how many small, square, 4 door cars of all the same color could there be?Just over 20 years ago, and just after the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, I went with an aid mission to Romania.
The Romanians that could afford a car drove a model known as a Dacia, they pronounced it: "Da-cha!"
It was actually a clone, copied from the French Renault company, originally known as a Renault 14.
They were everywhere, it was impossible to tell one from another. We joked that if you had your's stolen,
you just went out and stole someone else's.
It is sufficient for the car but more than half the people that own them have no idea how to maintain the electric carb and thus they lose power. I had mine rebuilt by a master mechanic. The old 307 pegs the needle on the speedometer.
You mean to tell me there were numbers past 55? :eeek:It's easy to peg the speedo, when it only goes to 85.

Yeah, but only if you paid extra for the optional flux capacitor. It actually goes past that and you don't see it anymore.

Nope. Just good gas.
And a lot of prayers
