Yes it is. Has a mower deck, too (not pictured). Got it at a steal and can use it for mowing at the cabin in the warm months and snowblowing at the store in the cold months.

Man, in this state that is unheard of. Do you live in Siskiyou county? The one that wants to secede from California and become the state of Jefferson? I think I'll move there if that happens.
