He offered to get me one about six months ago. Shoulda taken it. It's a bit of a sore spot for me. It's the same Union, same local, but I have to give up my seniority/vacation if I move to a different job.
Back in the day in Milwaukee, if you were in the Brewing Union, you could go from brewery to brewery and keep your seniority, etc. It irritates me that it isn't like that with the Teamsters.
