eva marie saint/exodus hair

I'd appreciate some tips on achieving Eva Marie Saint's Exodus hair. I love the look, because it looks like a rollers look, rather than pin curls, but I am really not sure! I also like the length.

Any help ladies? Thank you!

Looks like a wet set combed out and styled with hair spray on chin length hair to me.

Thank you. I am trying to avoid wet sets in general (as much as I love the pincurl styles, I need sets that take little time) , but I'll give it a try. Or maybe with hot rollers. My hair needs to be a little longer for this one, but by christmas I hope it will be at a good length.


Any idea on the setting pattern? Depends on the face I guess, but the softness of this particular one is lovely.

IN the book she uses hot rollers. I think you'd need to angle the fringe ones further back to create the look you're going for.
