That's one I picked up at an antique store, thinking it would be a good discussion piece for the lounge, having never seen an Otter felt hat before. It was worth the $20 hit I took on it, just getting to check it out and discuss.

I think they are hard plastic, but I've already shipped the hat so can't check.
