To Josh, Lounger and seller, I'd think. Very nice price for a very nice hat!
+2. I meant to buy that, but I couldn't grow my head fast enough.

Are you the new lucky owner??
Beautiful hat BTW, I was lost in the dust on this one.....
No, not mine ...

Thanks Everybody!! I woke up this morning and checked ebay, and I almost dropped my phone. I thought the hat would go for about $300 or so, but I was so shocked it went for more. I just know that the buyer will be thrilled with the hat. I can honestly say that I have NEVER handled felt that was that nice.
Confession time: I just spent more on a vintage hat on ebay than I ever have before (no, not any of josh's, though those look super nice!) I hope I wasn't a sucker for zeroing out my paypal balance on a cav-edge stingy-ish Borsalino. $125. I never go that high.
and prevent an item from being bid up higher ...To me, it seems that the closer bidding gets to a BIN, the more tempted a buyer would be to go ahead and use it.
I love this woven western... was in a meeting and couldn't bid. Congratulations to the winner.
I missed the end of the Trimble Silver Beaver or it would have gone higher. Anyone here get it?

Has an "air-vac" like sweatband like some MacLachlans and is a Silver Beaver also like some highly desired MacLachlans. Could be quite a hat.

I won this vintage brim trimmer yesterday. I can't believe I won it for less than $85 bucks shipped. Finally, my western conversions can be done in half the time. I'm still going to sand the edges though, for a nice smooth finish.
