Yes, it certainly was.

I saw it on eBay a few days ago, and was surprised. Usually, the shoe's on the other foot: sellers tend to erroneously advertise National Recovery Act pins as National Rife Association pins. This time, it was the other way around.

I'd be tempted to draw in a few musical notes on those ribbon bars. That would jazz it up a bit more.
