I think this is a 60's version of the Stratoliner. It was auctioned with a Stetson Satellite box, but I don't think that's what it is. Looks to be in good shape.

When I saw this pic, I thought 1920s stetson, with the plumb straight sides jamming into the flat relatively stiff brim at a right angle. But obviously not from the inside.
