eBay Can Be Hell

File a complaint with ebay! My experience is that they don't much like sellers who don't ship the product. I had to file a complaint over a seller who did not ship a camera I won. Finally got the camera, and ebay ended up cancelling his account.

And don't worry about having a few negative feedbacks. If you are in the high-90's, no one will care. Now if you're in the 80's, that's another thing!

the white suit. Big price. Second time around. Was thinking about going for the stetson, but i just got a 30s Italian plush that's almost identical.

eBay is hell right now because of sellers. Just because they don't get the price they want they think it's okay to charge for priority shipping then send things slow boat. Some sellers suck big time.

For some reason, there were a number of auctions last month that not only ended cheap when I couldn't be present - but I forgot to bid. The ultimate double whammy.

Very cool are the sellers who have the choices for shipping with amounts spelled out when you check out and can click the method you want.

You're right, the title is way too dramatic. Meant to be tongue-in-cheek. eBay's just a place to buy and sell, no more than that. I'm glad that it exists, because it's helped me earn some extra cash, and to find stuff that I'll eventually turn around and sell. Still, it'll never be as fun as a flea market.
