I have a set of Roemer glasses that I inherited from my mother. Unfortunately the only time we use them is when we make Apricot Dumplings about once a year. I’m of the school that Apricot Dumplings can be a main course. In Austria our friends insisted that they are purely a dessert item. Of course they didn’t use proper potato dough, as called for by my mother‘s recipe.
