Thanks! I have a feeling I’ll return the 46 and end up with a 48. I also feel like I’d be closer to a 44 in Aero. Maybe I’m wrong about that but it’s a little odd that everyone is going off patterns of the originals but also ends up with different sizing.

Anyway, I’m learning a lot, thanks to the collective experience and wisdom of this forum and the VLJ. I also have been a customer of HPA for other goods, like Buzz Rickson, and they were incredibly helpful in those transactions. Great customer service!

I had a ELC RW 46 (my chest size) & found shoulders and chest somewhat restrictive. Now sporting a Monarch 48 that fits a treat, in fact all my ELC jackets are now a 48 aside from an early Luftwaffe jacket I’ve had for years in 46 that’s dialled in with my numbers..
