Hello!
I have a question.
The pit to pit and shoulder measurement looks pretty close to my size 44 jackets.
I usually wear size 44 and the pit to pit is 24'' and shoulder is 20''.
What size do you wear in other brands? like Aero or Thedi?
And Is the jacket a stock model? or custom made? (Is the leather standard veg-tanned horsehide they offer for the Ostmann jacket?)

Thank you!

Hi you are correct .I normally take a 44 in other jackets . I tried a 42 in an Aero highwayman but it was to small .A 44 fit me in Aero fine .Im a 54 in belstaff .This is a Stock jacket and leather is what Eastman supply as Standard .
Thanks

Hello - very nice jacket. May I ask how tall are you? I am 6 feet 1 inch tall and ~ 195 lbs. Would this even be close (especially sleeve length and back length)

Hi its in as new condition I've never worn it at all just tried it on indoors. I had a notion like the Aero I bought that once broken in it may fit me better but changed my mind . As per pictures I still have box etc . Im on the quest for the Holy grail .Being in Scotland I may at some point go down to the Aero Factory and get a custom fit .I do like the Ostman style as its a bit different .I bought an Eastman Flying jacket in 44 but didn't like that fit bought a 46 and its too big . This is also up for sale .

Thanks - on a little more thought, this will be just a bit too small/short for me. GLWS - these do not come up often here.

The jacket is very tempting but I heard many cautionary tales that this jacket is very fitted around the waist. I have a 36 inch waist so I am concerned that this may be too fitted fir me as well. Is it really tight around the waist? From the looks of it, they look generously cut like Aero Highwayman.
