That's a nice B3. Ptp for a size 44 Eastman should be between 24-25" range and your measurement can be wrong. Anyway good luck with the sale.

Is PTP measured from the front of the jacket or back ?
At any rate it fits just like the standard 44 elc b3 i sold last year
