Does your lipstick have to match your nail color?

Hello all,

I hope I have the right thread for this! I was wondering if anyone new of a good nail colour to match MAC Russian Red lipstick? I have OPI Vodka and Caviar which is the closest I've found so far, I just wondered if any of you had any better suggestions!
