This was supposed to be a 7 3/8 2" brim, but is a 7 1/8 with slightly smaller brim.

I have to send this back to the seller today, but if anyone here wants it for my cost - $67 shipped by Paypal - (covers my cost, Paypal, shipping exactly-no profit) then respond ASAP. Any deal will have to be finalized in the next few hours, as it's packed and ready to be returned. Just thought if anyone here wanted it, it could save the seller a headache and someone here could get a nice hat. It's very, very soft and in great condition.

Keep in mind, it's a 7 1/8!!! (tagged under sweat)

Here's the ebay auction: ebay Dobbs 7 1/8

In the last week, I've asked 5 sellers to verify the size by looking under the sweat for the label, and ALL 5 had listed the hat as at least 2 sizes too large! They all think they know what the size is without looking.:eusa_doh:

The curious thing to me is, that as often as this occurs, it HAS to be intentional - this is about 8 mis-sized hats for me this year. I think they're trying to get a few more bucks out of their hat sales, failing to realize that a buyer can't just shrink their head down and deal with it. I understand lying about condition - that's just ebay scammer nature, but size? :eusa_doh:

It was a great-looking super-soft hat, in perfect condition, so you can imagine my disappointment when I pulled it out of the box. When I mailed it back, I really wanted to include a kick in the butt.
