I don't think Dita did Porn in the ghastly grunting ugly sense that Ms Lord's did (but then I don't know Miss Teese ever had the drug habits Traci did)

Fleur, can you clear your PMs a bit? thanks

Please don't forget that these Playboy cover photos are *highly* touched up. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the photo was manipulated to make her waist look even smaller. The headline does say "the return of fetish" after all.

I was thinking the same thing when I posted the cover, but didn't bother saying anything lol

That last picture is from Penthouse Australia, I believe.

Alexandra, of course waist training is awfully unhealthy, but fetishism is just not about that. Whether Dita looks awful with a waist that cinched is a matter of personal preference, I'm just pointing out that conventional beauty is not everything, sometimes ugly and overdone things are beautiful because they are intriguing and stimulating and interesting. That's all I'm trying to say. :)

That is because, I believe that is from a porn movie/picture. Don't quote me on that though! lol

Actually I think it's from a Penthouse photo shoot she did when she was 19. She has all this stuff in the archives of her website, so that's why I know!

And actually Dita did used to have a drug problem (unfortunately), back in her "regular" stripper days. She talked about it in some interview in regards to why she got her implants. She said that the drug use made her lose a ton of weight and after she stopped using she never regained her figure, hence the implants.

All this Dita trivia must make me sound like a stalker! lol

I agree...when you look at early episodes of Friends for example...what were they thinking! I can't talk, I was all kitted out in lumberjack shirts and belly tops...and yes, the Rachel cut.

Nothing wrong with a decent lumberjack shirt, thank-you very much. I'm wearing one now! :p

I never had a Rachael, though..... not even back in the day when I had just about enough hair for one.... ;)

Damn, that looks good! And actually subtle enough to still be alluring. And I love her for not being ashamed of her profession. It's empowering to me as a woman. Power to her!

I saw poorly made film clip of Dita performing as a sort of extra decoration for that Eurovision song contest.
I could see her lazing around on a big shiny black object in the background, removing some sparkly outer clothing, then strutting about in a really tight black corset. I suppose the culmination of her act was when she bent over to pick up a riding crop, then put it in her teeth for no apparent reason, just to give the audience a view of her rear end.
She didn't dance per say, and I can't say she did much but show off her underwear. I'm not familiar with burlesque, I assume its an antique form of striptease, and if she's one of the best there is, I'd call it pretty boring stuff.
The song was a swing tune, a kind of ambiguous one, but the beat was good.
The female backup dancers were more interesting to me than Dita, since their movements had a bit more to do with the music.
This type of music called for some excellent partner swing dancers, but that would have been too obvious, right?
