Different color knits.

Just out of idle curiousity, does anyone know where one could score odd colored military knits? Say you were getting a custom A2 done but in black and you didn't want black or brown knits, where could I order different colors? I googled and searched and found some on the bay from a guy in Japan, but I figure some of you guru's might know somewhere on this side of the planet. Thanks in advance...

Aero once used what looked like a dark speckled charcoal knit on thier black 'Happy Days' jackets. Are you familiar with that knit..? Really..it was quite nice and made a good contrast. In fact..that is a nicely styled Civi/bomber type jacket as well.
Maybe Amanda will send you a samply of some knits. They also carry a nice berry knit.

Yeah, I know that Aero carrys odd colored knits. This guy in japan seemed to have a couple of different greys over there. Black with charcoal would be sweet. If I went the Aero route, I know I'd be getting quality. Hmmm Thanks

Try orchardmotorcycledist.inc on eBay. I've ordered afew cuffs/waistbands from them and they are good quality, come in a variety of colors and inexpensive ($12 for the cuffs AND waistband!). Plus they are in NY (Long Island City, Queens, I believe).
