Evidently he thinks it is. I emailed him and told him it wasn't. He temporarily pulled it but reposted it again with the same description. I told him to send the pic to any hatter to verify it. It doesn't appear that he did. Oh well, let the buyer beware on that one. I'd pay $80.00 for it but not $800.
