With all due respect this is rubbish.
Pockets ( both hand warmers and D pockets ) should have a slight increase in size as jacket sizes increase not only to balance out the proportions but someone 5'8" size 36" is going to have smaller hands than someone 6'3" size 48".
Not increasing the size is either due to mass production and dies being used to cut or laziness.

Or wouldn't you start with a pocket that was big enough to hold a packet of cigarettes on the 36/38, and grade up from there. I'd have thought that pocket size would increase only every couple of sizes-up, that would be the point where the proportions change.

Surely a 36" and 46" can't have the same size pocket? The whole proportion of the jacket would be way off and I've never noticed such obvious idiosyncrasy in vintage or repro models.

They weren't getting considerably longer with size.

Here are some more photos of the jacket after 4 days of wear. Even in the rain it was out with me in the great outdoors.
The tea core wears quickly but will settle soon, according to DD.
The overall manual artisanship is great and the jacket feels heavy and indestructible. My BK jacket, the Zeek in Liberty HH, feels like a summer shirt against it.

However, the jacket is not done like a RMC jacket with complete attention to detail in workmanship. If you're looking for a flawless jacket, you gotta go RMC. But if you're looking for a great Moto jacket to be worn hard, DD delivers.
This thing can be thrown around like an Aero FQHH jacket. At least that's how it feels to me.
Whereas my BK needs to be pampered.
I'll continually send some more photos of the jacket and its details every once in a while.
Here is the first update:

Looks great A-1!

The tea core wears quickly

Thats why I personally prefer black/black, but the tea core does provide that wonderful vintage look.

The overall manual artisanship is great and the jacket feels heavy and indestructible. My BK jacket, the Zeek in Liberty HH, feels like a summer shirt against it.

Shinki HH is much more robust than Liberty HH.

However, the jacket is not done like a RMC jacket with complete attention to detail in workmanship. If you're looking for a flawless jacket, you gotta go RMC. But if you're looking for a great Moto jacket to be worn hard, DD delivers.

Different price points.

Looking forward to it.
