Denim Jackets - New or Vintage

Not the colour. The last jeans bootcut, because no bootcut jeans everywhere in men's sections.

Well yeah, decent pair of jeans is never available in shoddy mall stores, that's for sure but Levi's always has a boot-cut model of some sort. Levi's, Wrangler, Replay, Lee... All these brands always hold at least one boot-cut style in their stores at all times.
Heck, you can't even buy women's proper boot-cut jeans but that 90's bell bottom junk that's in style again for some reason.

We got Levi's store in the next big city, but that would just be my ultima ratio.

But they got just the 527, right?

Women generally have wider hips then men so women's jeans will generally have a wider hip measurement.

If a guy wears women's jeans they will generally either fit well in the waist but super wide in the hips or tight in the waist and well in the hips. Conversely, if a women wears men's jeans they'll have to size up for the hips which will result in them being loose in the waist.

Well if you want a good boot-cut pair of jeans, go get 'em. Or order them in. You seem to really like jeans, why not skip the mall junk and get a good pair? You can order online, especially nowadays.

Check out H&M and Zara. They occasionally hold boot-cut trousers as well but I don't know if that's the case this year and the quality is actually pretty good.

Women's jeans for the most part have that elastic crap and that's a huge no for me. I've given it another chance last year, wore a pair with 1% elastane for a month and seriously, never, ever again in my life. Ever.

That's my thinking! Wider hips or at least "rounder" butt. So if men's butt is more round (or trained) than flat, the point should be to neglectable. If the next years, more of these unisex kind of jeans will be launched, even better! :)

The difference is not a matter of training or even fat distribution. Human males and human females have different pelvises. Males have narrower, taller pelvises and females have shorter, wider pelvises. The bone structure is different. It's not a question of extra fat or muscle in the buttocks. That said, with the amount of elastane used in many jeans now you I guess jeans for either sex could be used by the other though the fit should generally be better if you buy something made for your actual body type.

bootcut look can be altered by installing triangular panel or just slit open the inseam from the bottom, install zipper if you want, I do this to all my non selvedge jeans to get some ankle flare to fit over boots

Thrifted this Key Imperial denim chore coat (although fairly short/trim for the chore coats I'm used to so maybe it is a different model) for $3.
