A pic of me and Donna Summer at a party we had for her at work a few years back. She was awesome, and this has been one lousy week.

R.I.P. Donna Summer.
I lost my mother to cancer two years ago and my partner was diagnosed with breast cancer 1.5 years ago. So far, she's okay. A vicious illness and it's about time they found a treatment with fewer side-effects.

There is, J.W.. The knowledge has been available for years. And it's not esoteric mumbo jumbo but a very clinical approach. If you want to understand how cancer develops and what can be done to achieve full healing, check out Steve Parkhill's "Answer Cancer". http://www.alfcentral.org Bernie S. Siegel's "Love, Medicine & Miracles" should also prove an enlightening read.

I am little late in posting this, but lift your glasses to remember the late great maestro Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, who died on the 18th, at the age of 86. He was one of the greatest baritones and one of the most influential singers of the 20th century. His interpretations of the German lieder are without compare, and he is held as the absolute standard to this day.

E.J Potter, The Michigan Madman R.I.P.

Ok this is a bit late but I know some will have heard of this guy. E.J. Potter the Michigan Madman died on the 30th April this year.
Saw this while perusing some motorcycle forums.http://thekneeslider.com/archives/category/motorcycle-builders/

Maybe only drag racing fans have heard of him, thats how I found out about this complete nutcase riding a bike with a Chevrolet V8 installed, he came to England with Don Garlits I believe back in 1964(correct me on this if necessary as I was only 5 then:cool:
I doubt we would allow hero's like this these days with health and safety everywhere.
