Cxl top coat peeling/flaking off, normal or not?

So the jacket is made out of Black Cxl fqhh and it's less than two weeks old. Now I noticed that the top coat is peeling off quite much and in my opinion in no time. And it's not only the seem it's also flaking next to it. My brown Cxl fqhh jacket hasn't done this at all. So is it a black cxl thing or is it a faulty patch of leather?

Yeah I think it looked weird too, and you can rub it off with your finger.

I haven't yet but i will, I just noticed it and wanted more opinions than my own

That definitely doesn't look right in such short time.

Grey base color under the topcoat? Is this some specialty dyed-through clx or what? Because clx has a brown base under the topcoat. Doesn't look like clx at all.

It is brown underneath that, you can see it from some of the stich holes
