Ouch! That watch jewelry hurts like seeing these...

I know, I hate myself for loving the look of it so much knowing the parts have essentially been cannibalized, but I still think it is cool jewelry.

WOW- the collection and the presentation. All of my links are messily in a Lucky Strike tin...

Ditto--I spent a couple minutes ogling the box before I noticed what was in it--very nice!

I do like that box. It came with a big lot with no real mention that it was coming with them. Kind of a happy surprise.
When I have the sunlight tomorrow, I'll put up some shots of the rest of my stuff.

Here are a few cufflink/watch combos, mostly double-posted from the What-are-you-wearing thread on Styleforum:

WOW  I don't know which I like better...the box or the collection!
Makes me want to completely reorganize my husband's collection into something as swell.

I'm curious (feel free to ignore this) what else was in the lot?

Thanks for posting!

I got this from a tiny thrift shop in Queens.
Two sets of snap cufflinks and a complete men's jewelry set. The set includes a key chain, cufflinks, collar bar, and tie bar.

Hello Marty.
Your keyring snaps into the large ring

The smaller end is clipped onto the belt

So when are you coming back to NYC? :)

I just got these from Kent Wang, vintage buttons made into cufflinks:

Won this dress set (awaiting delivery):

And got these horn links the other day (dime for scale):

Aha, so that's how. It's kind of the "Gentlemans" version of the black "Truckers" wallet with the long chain. I think New York is late Jan. We need another Lounge get together.

Now that I've finally figured out how to post pix, and how to go into the extreme close-up mode on the camera, here are some of my cufflinks. I've got a tie with the hunter's horn on it and usually wear that tie & links around the holidays.

My favorite (since I'm in accounting & taxes) is the set of ledgers. One side is debits and the other credits.

They open to show the ledger sheet inside.

And no, they're not vintage - they're about 7-8 years old.
