All I have left for a cross zip is this Natal. It’s appeal for me is that its fairly understated and it fits almost like a CR, very close to the body. Really nothing fancy about it but the hide and fit have won me over. I’m thinking of throwing some snaps into it so this collar from JL sits right.

I miss this schott, the leather is amazing cxl cordovan horsehide. A few things about it that bothered me are the sleeve seams werent exactly as tight as my lw, an gw. You could see the stitching in between seams although it was sturdy. The hardware was ideal an it was like plastic feeling, the zip cuffs would open about an inch as i moved around so i had to re-zip to much. I dont think the hardware quality matched the hide quality. The fit was ironically amazing it was like it was made to spec. Even though it was otr. So i dont mind how schott does it. Anxiety now (sigh) my wife loved this jacket and she doesn't know its gone yet...eeeeek!

Another Cal cross-zip. Check out the pen-holder sewn onto the sleeve. Convenient for MC cops. Crazy thick (dense) hide on this one.

will do, no doubt.

I only have these three left. In the last six months I sold off four CL cross-zips and one straight zip. Overall, I’ve sold around 15 or so jackets. Having a cluttered space was driving me crazy.

Of all my cross zips, the Leather Togs variants are my favourite, the collared ones have a very different collar shape to your average cross zip, and the mandarin collard ones have that big sweeping curve in the front panel and really off center zipper.
They have a pretty unusual shoulder shape too, rounded but in a cool way, and the range of motion is great without shoulder gussets. They also usually have a bunch of french seams, which are always a nice touch.

They are definitely my top pick:
