I am putting this in a new thread so I can add to it as I find the time to make these shoes. feel fre to ask questions if you like.
I said I admired the shoe skyvue posted so much that I would make a pair. Finaly got a little time to work up a pattern while waiting for some glue to dry. As I get the time to finish them I will take pics and post them as I go along possibly in another thread. I may go brown on white although I am leaning to some brown lizard on tan.

Good luck -- I found out they were the wrong size for me, so I had to pass on them.

I'll be eager to see how it goes for you.

Will try to finish cutting them out this weekend. The brown and tan leathers are some calf from Argentina the white is just cow.

Really interesting... I have a pair of specs that I had made in Beijing recently, so I'm fascinated to actually see step by step photos of the process mine would have gone through. :)

Wonderful shots

Bigshoe, it is very interesting to see these photos of shoe manufacture, and it's lovely of you to post them. Thanks!
