Usually, odd suit jackets (separated from their trousers, which have worn out or been lost) don't go for much money on eBay. However, if the odd suit jacket happens to have a belted back with pleats, it can fetch a lot of cash.

My guess was 1950s on that Spanish one.

There was a Spanish DB with enormous lapels on eBay too, which was clearly 1940s or earlier, and didn't sell at £30 BIN.

Yes, it's late 1950s.

Spain had some wonderful designers and tailors, even in the culturally stunted Franco years. Balenciaga comes to mind.

Those are amazing. You just don't see that kind of waist and heel treatment today, even on the most expensive shoes.
