Concord Nylon Flight Jackets...are they related to Alpha????

Gentleman a puzzle (for me anyway),

Does anyone know the story with Concord Flight jackets? Are they closely related to Alpha (one and the same?) Jackets branded as Concord come from the same area & look the same (inc 'Vintage' series images). Even the pocket tag with a 'C' looks a dead ringer from a distance for the Alpha Civvy tag. Goggled the company name & came up with Flagpoles

I'd speculate that these are an Alpha-produced parallel but cheaper line of products, a la Alpha's Knox Armory brand. The label/tag strongly suggests a link:
