Hey, I haven't seen a thread like this yet... Might be helpful for some of the guys a little less knowledgeable regarding patterns.
In my time here I've become familiar with construction methods, leathers, all the stuff that gets discussed a lot... But then I realized I have no idea what the name of the type of back yoke on a jacket I just bought is. Or what the 2-3 inches of leather banding above the bottom hem on a Mobster-style jacket is called. Or... well, you get the point.
Could anyone here post/link a comprehensive list of pattern terms, ideally with example pics?
As to the aforementioned jacket I just bought... What would this type of yoke be called? An "upward curved" yoke?
