Anybody catch the Fiesta last nite? Picked up some Sports Radio
commentary but not any play-by-play broadcast; sounds like
Boise State really wrestled Oklahoma to win a great victory.:)

I caught the first half.....it was a very entertaining game. Unfortunately I missed the most exciting part......the WILD finish!
If you had asked me before the game....I NEVER would have guessed that it would unfold as it did....but I was glad to see it. It will be interesting to see how this game may change peoples perception of the Boise St football program in the coming year or two.

The BSU-OK game was one of the most entertaining games I've ever seen in any sport. That game had it all: David vs. Goliath, a great comeback, another great comeback, high drama, big plays, and was won with a 2-point conversion using the Statue of Liberty play. It was well worth staying up late to watch the end of that one and there were a lot of people at work this morning who wished they had done the same.

College football is really the greatest show on Earth. Except for the playoff thing in division 1-A. They really need to get that fixed.

If you can be optimistic, so can I. :)

Polka Dot: I am hopeful, prayerful, but definitely not optimistic.:)

LSU has the better team; however, if the IRISH can tear a page out
of the Boise State Broncos' playbook and show some razzle-dazzle,
maybe, just maybe....

Harp, of course I hope LSU wins tonight....in fact I hope they win big, but if there's an "underdog" team that could beat LSU I would have to say ND would be the team. They seem to have an uncanny ability to win these "David/Goliath" games.

.....in the meantime....WE HAVE A NEW COACH AT BAMA!!!!:eusa_clap :D :D ....WoooHooooooooo!!!!!!

"Fizzled," indeed

My dad (also an ND alum) left the room in disgust at the end of the third quarter. I stuck it out to the bitter end.
