Vintage British leather jacket of a style popular in the UK in the 30's, 40s and 50s (seen in many films from this period), most likely dating from the early 40s, in great condition for its age...no obvious flaws in either the leather or lining, and with very appealing grain - I'm pretty sure it's capeskin.
It's quite similar to the D. Lewis Countryman, but they have informed me it's not one of theirs and from posts on VLJ it seems it may have been made by Oakleaf or possibly Abbey Leather.
Lightning zips. Newey snaps.
Measurements: Chest 21" / Shoulders 19" / Length 23" / Sleeves 24.5".
Asking £140 / $180 plus shipping (and any fees, though to date these have been avoided by using Paypal F+F or paying into my UK bank account).
I ship worldwide and am happy work with the buyer to make the transaction as troublefree and economical as possible.
