In NY state its rare to be able to find anywhere indoors where you can still smoke. Places that serve food are prohibited completely, you have to go outside (laws are specific even about decks and patios).
Alternative Brews calls itself a "cigar bar" but its more like a bar that you can smoke in. They have a small selection of cigars on hand, host a monthly cigar party, VAST beer selection, and live bands all the time. I think they get around the ban by calling themselves a cigar bar and serve no hot food, only chips and snacks are available. No membership required, and only a small cover when there are live bands.
