They stopped making them after the 2013 tour.
I know some of the guys at Showtime and persuaded them to give permission for Vanson ( through Kim at Vanson) to make one last one ... which turned out too small ( but only just). Vanson then agreed to produce a custom fit one and after providing 16 measurements this is what I will collect later this week in Houston. The one detailed here may be available from Showtime but I suspect it's long gone.
