Thank you! I'm very pleased with how well this hat dresses down: I finally have a fedora that does country life well! And thank you for the compliment... I don't normally like photos of me, but I thought that one came off quite well, unruly hair and all.

Absolutely! It's done up in what appears to be the "standard" embriodery with irridescent red-orange thread. Lid was originally sold at Johnson's, located at 1011 MacDonald Avenue in Richmond, CA if you're curious =)

Thank you! As wonderful as this hat is, I think the story behind how it came to me (as related in my Christmas hat thread) is even better.

Despite some recent professional setbacks, I cannot help but consider myself quite fortunate, and not just for having luck with a hat!
