-500 g flour
-30 g yeast
-1 teaspoon sugar
-250 milliliter warm milk
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 teaspoon caraway seed
-80 g butter
-1 egg
Plus:
-1 egg yolk
-grating cheese

1. make a flour crater in the bowl
2. mix yeast and sugar in 100 ml milk and give it in the crater, sprinkle a little flour over it
3. make a poolish
4. leave it 20 minutes
5. put salt, caraway seed, butter and egg on the crater side
6. knead all from the middle on, while giving rest of milk in
7. leave it 30 minutes
8. knead the dough strongly on floured surface and roll it out
9. cut 10 cm long pieces and make horns and put them on the plate
10. sprinkle with flour and leave them for 15 minutes
11. coat with the yolk
12. sprinkle with grating cheese and caraway seed
13. preheated oven, 430°F >>> circa 15 minutes
