Dough:
-150g soft butter
-125g sugar (or 250g)
-4 eggs
-300g white-flour
-2 level teaspoons baking powder
Crumbs:
-300g white-flour
-250g sugar
-2 sachets vanilla-sugar
-250g soft butter
Dough:
1. Stir butter, sugar and eggs fluffy.
2. Mix flour and baking-powder proper and incorporate it step by step.
3. Line the baking-plate with baking-paper and dispense the dough.
Crumbs:
1. Mix flour, sugar and vanilla-sugar properly.
2. Take the butter and knead all together, strong and extensive with your both hands, until it is like one "modelling-clay".
3. Coat the dough with crumbs, walnut-sized.
Preheat oven and bake it ca. 25 minutes with top-heat + bottom-heat on 200°C.
