Chain Stitching Jeans Leg Hems in UK

Anybody on here in the UK, or know of anyone in the UK who can offer this service. I have just bought a pair of Japanese repro '44 Lee Riders that are way too long in the leg. I need to get them shortened but don't want to lose the period chain stitch around the hems.
