Some of you won't recognise the drummer, his name is Pete Best, John Lennon decided he wasn't good enough for the band and had him dismissed. It was Lennon who recruited Ringo, but Lennon carefully contrived for The Beatles manager, Brian Epstein to be the fall guy who sacked Pete Best.

On reaching fame the leather jackets were cast aside, lapeless suits were the order of the day.

Surely a celebrity in investor's circles, billionaire and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has a penchant for bike jackets. With a net worth approaching $5 billion, he can afford some bespoke stuff. But perhaps he should join FL to learn what is really good... ;)

Seem to remember everyone thought that Brad Pitt jacket was a Ralph Lauren, me incuded, but it turned out to be... https://www.cromfordleather.co.uk/2016/12/bespoke-leather/

(Similar pricing mind!)

My first ever custom leather coat came from them, when they were still called "general leather", it is an utter piece of crap. Back then i paid almost twice the price of an Aero for it (£800 when an aero was still £450), it fit badly, was made of crappy leather that didn't look like the one i had picked in the first place. The execution was poor, you could see empty stitch holes everywhere where the coat had been stitched and unstitched miltiple times before they "got it right"
The buttons were poorly attached and started falling off within days, it really really was a rip off.

These guys also did the tailoring of my Schott 644, they tapered it down from pits to bottom hem, removing 2".
It wasn't as badly done as the coat they made, but it isn't a good job either, to me that was the second strike and out, i will never enter that shop again...

Their stuff looks good from afare, but any of us would enter that store and feel like they are in a mall where everything has a ridiculouse price tag. It is very poor quality for the price you pay.
Considering this jacket is probably worth just less than £2000 you would be a fool not to get an Aero Majestic instead for £800.

Luckily a couple months after all that i found TFL, it was the beginning of a beautiful leather jacket "problem"

Those jackets are the most boring jackets I’ve seen in a while and look like the kind of stuff you’ll find at any mid-tier mall shop like Hugo boss or similar. It’s a big no no for me.

At least Jensen's jackets fit him well. Would love to get a dude like that one here and wearing truly great jackets somehow.

Should not be difficult to figure out his email address and send him an invite with a link to FL.

The guy obviously loves his jackets (90% of his pics on Google images feature him in a black moto-like jacket), but they do look like high-end mall jackets, unfortunately. Much like Steve Jobs liked his black turtlenecks, Jensen likes his jackets.

That's just Jensen's stylist doing what they're paid to do. The jackets are all designer pieces and are probably worn once or twice altogether. This kind of style is currently the staple outfit when you're not wearing a suit, especially among these guys. Same as Musk is all of the sudden wearing A-2's, cafe racers and cool truckers.
