foofoogal, you're right about that...she's not one of my favorite people.
Anyway, I saw a new BMW today that was a gorgeous color...sort of a warm dark gray, with a brownish cast, almost gave a dark bronze effect, very rich looking.
There's also something about bright silver on German cars...they must use little tiny metal flakes in the metallic colors, not like the big "bass boat" flakes in some American metallics, and it gives a great look.
Now, for my paint tirade...blotchy, mottled metallics on GM cars. Silvers and pearl whites are the worst, but in bright sunlight, some GM cars are blotchy or have tiger stripes on them, and look awful. I guess most people just don't look that closely but it bugs me to no end. Saw a pearl white Escalade the other day, on the dealer's lot, and it looked terrible in bright light. Yuck.
