Can someone link a popular ebay search with all jacket manufacturers?

I'm not an ebay expert and I don't know all the good companies. can someone post a link that searches all companies and resttricts it to sizes 40,42,44 ? or at least point me in the right direction. thanks you

That's a tall order!
I usually do my searches by leather type (horsehide jacket, steerhide jacket, goatskin jacket) and attach a size:
horsehide jacket 40.

I... didn't know such a thing is even possible. For what it's worth, I do the same as handymike, only I use geo-ship.com, as it looks through every eBay localized site as well as their .com domain.

When it comes to eBay, your best bet is to take the time and search through all leather jackets that are in your size range. Time consumng, but the better bargains are always to be had with the poorly described jackets. I usually hunt for Schott, Aero, ELC and Buzz rickson by name, but when I have time I instead go into the vintage section and browse the men's category under overcoats, with specified sizing and material (i.e. leather).

Don't forget to search for good zippers too - Talon etc and don't forget to include the description search but tie down the category search and also sort from newly listed. eg talon zip leather jacket etc.

Check in to eBay with your specific needs as you have been advised here on the forum.

In time...eBay establishes what your preferences are.

When I log in...There's a plethora of leather jackets either to bid or buy.
They show me vintage bicycles, vintage oil cans, Parker pens etc. etc.

And this is what I prefer to see up front.
If I decide to go for a different subject , I merely type it in & go on the hunt .

Get familiar with names like Aero, GoodWear, Eastman & more. Go to
their links & check it out. Or the classifieds here on the forum.

You will have a better idea when you go on eBay of what's available.

When you go on eBay & see a jacket by Aero , you will know this
is good material from an established company.

Another important thing on eBay...ask questions to the seller "Don't assume"
Read carefully the description. Don't go alone by the photos.


I'm no expert & for me the fun is in the search.
