Cal or Al's straight zip CHP-style jacket (a slim 42)

I recently picked this up from another forum member, but it is not quite what I need. It fits a little snug on me, probably just right for a dedicated riding jacket, but not quite for more casual wear as well; and the leather is thicker than I want (but very pliable). I am not an expert on these jackets, but this is apparently either a Cal or an Al's.

I usually wear a 42, and I would call this a slim fitting 42 or a slightly larger fitting 40 I guess. Measurements in pics.

Pics attached, including of me wearing the jacket -- I am 6’ about 180-85 lbs.

Leather and lining are both in very good condition I would say. (Front left pocket zip does not work.)
