c.1940s Stetson "Vita Felt" Gold Medal 7 1/4
This hat is absolutely amazing in hand. the felt is tan in color with flecks of rust and grey colored felt fibers. The brim has a triple stitched overwelt
The sweatband is soft and supple, and has a ton of life left
I can only find one moth bite, which is located on the underside of the hat at the rear, next to the reed.
