Burlap Trilbey!?!

I stopped into my favorite coffee shop this week (Trabant coffee & chai, where the 16oz latte always has 4 shots :) ) and the barista was wearing this very cool burlap trilby. I asked if I could grab some pics and post them:

It was obviously made from a packing sack. It has parts the original sack labels showing, but not enough to tell what the original was for. It must have a stiffener on it, but you couldn't tell by the feel. The gaps between the threads of the burlap are still clear so air can pass through. The sweat and hat bands are made of cotton. I think it would wear like a stingy brimmed straw.

He told me that a friend had picked it up for him in Korea and that they were all the rage there. There weren't any labels or makers marks inside the hat, so I have no idea where is was made or how to get one, but I thought the folks here at the lounge would be interested.
