The block shape and dimensions look like an old Whippet, but I don't see a brim binding and the ribbon is too thin. I can't think what it might be, but I doubt you'll find a factory made modern equivalent. The Stetson Nostalgia might be the closest you could get.

If price is not an issue, I recommend asking Art Fawcett to give it a shot using his lightweight felt and his Whippet block. He made me this;
