The male end of the zipper pin breaks in pretty fast. Sorry couldn’t help myself there. All the LW’s I’ve had, new or used quickly unraveled the male pin end. Not to the point of being dysfunctional but annoying and troublesome nonetheless.

Great jacket and most daily worn for 2 months

It seems the jacket spent years in a trunk somewhere in canada before ending in my home

Broken in?
Not patina-ed

I get it. There haven’t been enough decades since the birth of Lost Worlds to affect patina on its leathers... but with a little wear the jackets do show some prominent and attractive characters. Your ‘94 prototype has taken on the character and shape of life but its lifespan should outlast all of ours. Be sure to include it in your will.

Ended yesterday with a walk in the briskly sunset. First full day with the LW and have decided that it is one of the most comfortable leather jackets I’ve ever owned. I had let the theme of LW’s tough hide worry me when I should’ve been confident it would mold to the body with a little bit of wear.

How dare you suggest that LW puts non-manly zippers on their jackets. Sacrilege!

The zippers that come standard aren't very special but the crown zippers offered for an upcharge have no equal, I dont know anywhere else a crown #10 nos is an option. His jackets are built like tanks, beautiful and indestructible

Here is the same jacket out of the box, difference is pretty incredible i think:
