I picked up this top grain cowhide briefcase today.

As you can see if you click through to the bigger pictures, or if your eyes are better than mine, it was presented to a top salesman at Investors Diversified Services (Mpls, Mn, USA) in 1960. The flexing end leather is in remarkably supple condition. But what I'm wondering is what should I use to keep the case in good condition and able to withstand the elements?
