I bought a pair of (Viet-made) Blunnies that were marked as "seconds" over two years ago. I couldn't find whatever the fault was supposed to be. I've worn them most days since then and they're only just starting to show wear. I don't do a lot of heavy labour, but I do a lot of walking over the course of most days and the boots get a pretty good workout.
I'm not keen on the fact that Blundstone have "offshored" Australian jobs, but the quality of the boots seems fine to me. I haven't seen any real difference between the Viet-made ones and the locally made ones I've owned in the past.
