Garrett, Thank you for the info. In that time there were still a good number of high quality European Velour Hood/ Capeline manufacturers.Thanks, Steve. This was a 1960s felt from a one off hat shop in the mid west. No idea who made it for them. Quality felt but poorly constructed with glue used for the liner and sweatband. A true rescue refurb in this case by BSHW.
