Pretty comfortable saying I have one of the coolest bowlers in existence vintage or otherwise. Bob really went above and beyond on this and because of it I ended up with something amazing.

Silk ribbon brim binding with blind stitching and a wire rimmed d'orsay curl. It's also vented and he even did liner using silverbelly felt. He really wanted this to look and feel vintage and he did an absolutely stunning job on this.

Couldnt recommend him more highly to anyone looking for a custom hat that really stands above the rest.

Just received this back today from Bob Jesse (BSHW). The brim had to be re-flanged. This hat has had at least two owners (maybe more) prior to me. The front of the brim was like cardboard. I could not snap it down without hard ridges showing. It kinda looked like corrugated cardboard. Anyway, Bob re-flanged it for me at no cost. Nice guy that Bob!

I bought that hat from the original owner who never wore it (was too tight). It was like that when I got it.....wore it 1 or 2 tinmmes and sold to Vic which I think he just flipped it. Glad that Bob fixed it.
