Biltmore Bob....

Being the Biltmore fan you are, what do you think of:

1) The Senator shown previously?

2) A Biltmore Cavalier that I currently have a bid on... Does Biltmore still make the Cavalier?

Fan but no expert...

Biltmores are adequate hats, generally of above average off the shelf quality. They are relatively inexpensive, which appeals to me. A new one costs around $100. That's the extent of my expertise regarding the brand.

I own a couple, wouldn't hesitate to buy another when needed.

To answer your question...the hat shown appears to be a nice hat, the brim is too stingy for my tastes. Don't know anything about the Cavalier...sorry. Biltmore went through a restructuring
not too long ago but I still think they're making hats. I hope they are anyway.

Looks OK...

I'm not a fan of that kind of ribbon treatment. Appears to have a welted brim edge. I haven't seen one of those in person. Miller Hats has a real extensive line of Biltmores in all shapes and sizes. I've been to their store and never seen the Cavalier style.
