A1, you really should keep it, it suits you and fits perfectly. When you visit Scotland, if you have time, try visiting the Torridon area. I have a hunch you like the hills and to my mind, those are some of the best around. Bring insect repellent for the midges!

My favorite part of Scotland is the Orkney Islands.
Beautiful, friendly folk, and fantastic food!
Also a very smooth single malt called Scapa.

Thank you guys! Those are great tipps and I've just written them all down. We're having plenty of time and I'm willing to check out the Orkney Islands.

We did Orkney in a day visit via the ferry and shuttled round in the car in a very busy day. Probably best to stay overnight. I had the most amazing hot smoked salmon from a fish shop, behind the main street in Lerwick. It looked a bit dry but I took his word and my goodness, best I ever had.
